More Mediocre Supplements From Nugenix

Nugenix say their Estro Regulator is a powerful anti aromatase modulator and a cutting edge supplement. They claim it can maintain a healthy estrogen balance, a critical factor in health and physical performance, and boost your blood flow and heart and blood vessel health.

They even say it can be stacked with the Nugenix Free Testosterone Booster for those wanting hardcore gains and to maximize results. Unfortunately, when you look close at the supplement facts, it appears highly unlikely to produce the effects on estrogen regulation that they claim.

The key "super" ingredients found in Nugenix Estro Regulator are vitamin e (d-alpha tocopherol succinate), chrysin, polygonum cuspidatum root extract (50 % trans-resveratrol), and diindolylmethane (dim). Other ingredients gelatin and cellulose are also present.

The most well-known ingredients are vitamin e and trans-resveratrol and both actually have a fair bit of evidence to support their use as an aromatase inhibitor. That said, trans-resveratrol still needs far more study before its results can be considered to be conclusive.

The main problem with these is the doses. Even if both truly can diminish the impact estrogen has on your testosterone production, they won't when taken in these quantities. Similarly, chrysin can boost testosterone levels, but not when taken in an oral supplement.

While DIM does appear to both have an effective interaction with estrogen binding sites and be present in a sufficient dose, and even this is at the bottom end. This is all made even worse by the fact that Estro Regulator isn't cheap either. Ultimately you'd do just as well buying some another DIM dietary supplement or a test booster.

For less that it would cost to use Estro Regulator from Nugenix, free testosterone booster supplements that are proven to be effective are available, like TestoFuel. Combining that with a cheap DIM supplement from Amazonwould costs less and work better, it is, quite simply, a far better choice in every area. That way you can mitigate symptoms and get the benefits DIM to estrogen production in one go.

Customers Nugenix Estro Regulator Reviews

Nugenix Estro Regulator currently has a 4 out of 5 stars rating on Amazon. Among the positive reviews, things like an ability to increase stamina and energy levels and reduce side effects while on hormone replacement therapy are mentioned, yet most just say they felt "better".

The negative reviews, on the other hand, seem to be a little more telling. Many reviews stated users felt no benefits, while others suggest there is a high chance you will experience a serious adverse reaction, such as headaches, dehydration, an upset stomach, bloating, nausea, and gas.

Nugenix Estro Regulator Ingredients

Vitamin E (From D-Alpha Tocopherol Succinate) - 6.7 MG

Vitamin e consists of eight fat soluble compounds which work in unison to form a powerful antioxidant. It is widely known for reducing inflammation, preventing brittle bones, and boosting the immune system, particularly in the elderly.

It is also linked to benefits such as boosting heart, liver, skin, and metabolic health, and preventing cognitive decline and various diseases. There are also studies that show it can both diminish the impact estrogen has on the body while simultaneously being a test booster (1).

Unfortunately, doses of around 15 mg of are needed to be of use, while older adult males may need between 50 and 200 mg of d-alpha tocopherol succinate to see it have an effect as a free testosterone booster. This means there just isn't enough in Nugenix Estro Regulator to be of use.

Chrysin - 500 MG

Chrysin is a flavonoid found in bee pollen and propolis that can improve the health of the colon and intestines.

It is also starting to be put in testosterone booster supplements as it is proven to stimulate the testicles and make them produce more testosterone, while stopping the process that converts testosterone into estrogen.

The problem is, these effects on your hormonal balance are only produced when chrysin is injected directly into the testicles. To date, studies using up to 3,000 mg of chrysin orally each day have proven to be ineffective for improving your testosterone estrogen balance (2).

This means the 500 mg present in Nugenix Estro Regulator is guaranteed to be of no use at all.

Polygonum Cuspidatum Extract (Root)(50% Trans-Resveratrol) - 300 MG

Polygonum cuspidatum is the clinical term for the plant better known as Japanese knotweed. It has widely been used in Chinese and Japanese traditional medicine for centuries, due to being linked to numerous health benefits.

These benefits include burning fat, regulating blood pressure and cholesterol levels, improving glucose and insulin sensitivity to aid with diabetes, and boosting heart health. While not a testosterone booster itself, it is said to be an aromatase inhibitor.

An aromatase inhibitor will reduce androgen precursors and stop the process that converts testosterone into estrogen, keeping your testosterone levels high (3). There are two issues with its inclusion in Nugenix Estro Regulator though.

First, its claimed benefits have never been proven in mammals. Then, even the studies that support its use list the optimal dose as 500 mg per day, which is more than 3 times the amount present here. This means it is highly unlikely to actually offer any benefits at all.

Diindolylmethane (DIM) - 100 MG

Diindolylmethane (dim) is a compound made of indole and methane molecules that is found naturally in some foods, such as broccoli, cauliflower, and kale. A DIM dietary supplement helps with estrogen regulation, while also being an antioxidant and preventing some illnesses.

Evidence that demonstrates dim's anti estrogen activity shows it is a powerful anti aromatase modulator.

Through its interaction with estrogen binding sites, it can help to limit the impact estrogen has on testosterone and maintain your estrogen balance, a critical factor for anyone trying to booth their health, sexual functions, or physical performance (4).

Studies show that reduced urine estrogen content demonstrates dim's anti estrogen activity when consumed in daily doses of at least 100 mg per day, but as high as 900mg a day to be effective. This means it is the only one of the ingredients found in Nugenix Estro Regulator that is both effective and used in the right dose and even that is at the bottom end.
